Pak Shama School Policies
1. Admission Policy
- Objective: To provide a transparent and fair admission process that welcomes students from diverse backgrounds.
- Eligibility:

- Accepted students must confirm their enrollment by submitting a registration fee and completing necessary paperwork.
2. After School Detention Policy
- Objective: To encourage students to take responsibility for their actions and improve their behavior.
- Criteria:
- Detention may be assigned for the following reasons:
- Disruptive behavior in class
- Incomplete homework or assignments
- Failure to follow school rules
- Tardiness or unexcused absences

- Detention will last for one hour after school on designated days.

3. Attendance Policy
- Objective: To promote regular attendance and punctuality, which are critical to academic success.
- Expectation:
- Students are expected to attend school daily and arrive on time.
- A maximum of 10 excused absences per academic year is allowed.
- Reporting Absences:
- Parents must notify the school by 9 AM if their child will be absent due to illness, family emergencies, or other valid reasons.
- A written note must be submitted upon the student’s return to school.
- Consequences:
- Excessive absences (more than 10) may lead to a review of the student’s academic status and possible retention.
- Students with unexcused absences will face disciplinary actions, including detention.

- Reports can be made verbally or through a written complaint form available in the school office.
- Response:
- All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
- Confirmed incidents of bullying will result in appropriate disciplinary action, which may include counseling, suspension, or expulsion for severe cases.
6. Medical Conditions & Ill Students Policy
- Objective: To ensure the health and well-being of all students while at school.
- Notification:
- Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have.
- This information will be kept confidential and shared only with relevant staff members.
- Illness:
- Students exhibiting symptoms of illness should stay at home to prevent the spread of infections.
- A student must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to school.
- Emergency Protocols:
- The school will maintain emergency contact information for all students.
- First aid kits will be available in each classroom, and trained staff will be responsible for managing medical emergencies.
7. Students Assessment Policy
